Mary Rosenheim

Mary is a management professional with thorough knowledge in real estate development, project management, and business transactions; complimented by her proven ability to handle even the most challenging endeavors with relative ease. She has seen the advancements in the technological area and real estate cycles; which has molded her into a well-rounded individual with high regard to moral principles and unparalleled dedication to her work.
Through her 30-plus years of experience, Mary has exemplified a remarkable character in both her professional and personal life. In all her undertakings, she has maintained honesty, humility, loyalty, and a strong work ethic-virtues that have led her toward productivity and success. Throughout her line of work, Mary has taken part in many facets of land development alongside an in-depth familiarity with strategic planning and customer service.
During the onset of her career, Mary worked at CH2M Hill in Gainesville, Florida as an Engineering Technician while attending college. After moving to Emerald Coast, Mary worked for a consulting engineering firm as project manager and designer taking charge of commercial and residential developments. Four years later, she joined Sandestin Resort, a large master planned community and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) in South Walton County. In her tenure as development manager, she provided significant contributions that ensure the growth and revenue goals of the company; doing so by driving club, commercial, golf course and residential real estate developments within the resort.
Mary's experiences at one of the largest private land holders in Florida, The St. Joe Company, served as one of the most significant breakthrough moments in her career. As the company's senior vice president of development, she skillfully demonstrated her leadership capabilities by leading the Development Team in the entire aspects of project management and completion. One of her notable achievements for the company was the development of some high-profile resort communities within the south Walton Area, such as The Retreat, WaterColor and the WaterSound family of projects.
After her service with the St. Joe Company, Mary served for a time at ERA-American Realty of NW Florida as a Realtor. At Present, she continues to be on top of her game as a Realtor with ResortQuest Realty.
